  • Strategic Marketing: MMSI conducts corporate communication audits to identify strengths and weaknesses relative to client goals. Depending on the nature of the specific marketing project or problem, MMSI has developed creative concept designs, information pieces and free/paid media placement strategies. Many clients undertake a comprehensive marketing planning process with MMSI resulting in a definitive blueprint for implementation and program evaluation.

  • Crisis Communications: MMSI has been involved with the development of internal corporate planning programs leading to the establishment of incident identification/notification systems and action plans in response to a potentially damaging public event, issue or product problem.

  • Public Relations: The principal of MMSI has served the governmental sector for over 40 years. This vast experience provides competencies in public sector counseling, image development, governmental representation and regulatory interpretation.

MMSI has been involved in the development of marketing plans and public relations strategies for utilities, community and non-profit organizations.

MMSI has also developed public service information strategies for several state government agencies in South Carolina. In addition, the company has completed comprehensive marketing plans for over 25 public transportation systems in ten (10) states.
